Croydon, Bexley, Medway Area

Full-Time Role, Permanent Role

Salary up to £26,000 PA

About the Role:

Due to a new proposal agreed with Orbit to expand the major repairs/ non-standard complex repairs team, we are now seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join the division! Now in its Twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

Your duties will include site visits with customers/contractors to ensure customer/client/contractors are updated frequently on progress of works so a company vehicle and fuel card is provided. You’ll need great organisational skills to keep on top of major works, post inspections and complaints resolutions.

Role Criteria:

As you’ll be required to provide a front-line professional service to all customers, we’re looking for someone who will proactively deliver a positive experience!

You’ll coordinate and deliver all customer operational related tasks and communication materials as appropriate, ensure customer appointments are attended on time and to standard and proactively support the Group Customer Success Manager as required. The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Good time management, planning & organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with computerised systems.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing or service delivery role.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer experience ethos.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License.
