Job Overview

  • Able to assist and respond to all enquiries from clients and colleagues and improve the delivery of our overall service;
  • Computer literate and be able to navigate around systems and processes;
  • Able to adapt, organise and prioritise your workload to deliver a quality service;
  • Diligent in booking officers on and off appropriately along with check calls as per Assignment Instructions;
  • Available to work weekends and evenings;
  • Seeking variety, welcome new developments and adaptable to change;
  • Diligent in taking and handing over every shift;
  • Encouraging and fostering a good team relationship;
  • Supportive of the business along with following Health & Safety procedures and work in a safe manner;
  • Considers the company values and mission statement in all actions;
  • Able to demonstrate experience of 1 or 2 years in a similar role;
  • Be able to commute to and from Williams House, Manchester M15 6SE;
  • Expanding business with a new office in Manchester Science Park;
  • Provide a full 5-year employment history for screening & vetting;
  • Possess SIA Security Guarding license and driving license.

Skills and Experience

  • Outgoing personality
  • Confident & professional telephone manner;
  • Experience within a call centre or sales office dealing with inbound calls would be advantageous.
