Opportunity Overview

Project Officer – EU E2i project, Grade 5, 0.5 FTE

The University of Salford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to support us in the scientific coordination of E2i project delivery.

This 0.5 FTE role will support the Principal Investigators in the administration and management of the E2i project work packages and delivery of E2i project outputs on schedule.

The post is ideally suited to individuals with experience of administration, office procedures and processes who can demonstrate continuous specialist development. Well-developed organisational and communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic, externally focused team, and in partnership with industry experts, academics and practitioners from across Europe. The role will require the candidate to be in the Solution Centre office on at least two days of the week.

The Project Officer appointment will be at 0.5 FTE for the duration of the E2i project (1 October 2023 to 31 March 2027).

The Design Against Crime Solution Centre is located within the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology, and is a partnership with Greater Manchester Police (UK), DSP-groep b.v. (NL), and Landeskriminalamt Niedersachsen (DE).
