Hours: Various days and shifts depending on cover required – 08.00 – 20.00, 13.00 – 17.00, 17.00 – 08.00, 20.00 – 08.00. 

Pay rate: £8.14 per hour. 

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.Person speci(cation: 

A valid SIA licence; 

or applied forA full five year checkable employment history; 

Excellent customer service skills; 

Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.Have a good level of judgement professionalism.

Responsibilities: 

Act as an initial point of contactEnsuring overall safety and security of the premises Responds to all faults within the premises as discovered.Monitor access to the premises and visitorsMeeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practicesReporting incidentsE:ective recording of informationImplementing policies and procedures to ensure e:ective service deliveryAdvises management promptly of any signs of problems or concernsReporting repairs to maintenance contractors by using appropriate systemsPatrolling internal and externalKnowledge and ExperienceAn understanding of Health & Safety at work & the likely issues to occur in a residential & commercial environmentA mature & non-judgmental attitude to workingE:ective Communication – Articulate, ability to communicate e:ectively with people from all backgrounds & seeks tounderstand & be understood.
