This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity to join a friendly team, who are passionate about creating a warming and secure atmosphere whilst ensuring the safety of colleagues and students whilst on site.
As part of this role, you will be required to ensure the safety and security of all colleagues, students and visitors on site. You will be vigilant and have excellent awareness of the surroundings around you and monitor traffic in and out of the college, including checking and verifying visitor verification.
You will adhere to the college policy and comply with all of our relevant legislations and legal requirements, including fire regulations.
To be successful, you must hold a valid licence with the Security Industry Authority (SIA). You must also be able to demonstrate strength of character by being an excellent team player and being able to work well under pressure. You will need excellent time management skills and be able to work independently using your own initiative.
