We, at Rossi Security, are continuously looking for professional and flexible Security Officers and Door Supervisors. If you have the relevant experience, the right to work in the UK, a valid SIA licence, and a five-year work history that we can check and confirm, then we would like to hear from you. As Rossi Security grows, there are continually exciting opportunities based at our prestigious/luxury retail contracts across London, as well as Bicester.
As a Security Officer / Guard, you will report to the Operations Manager. You will carry out a regular check of the site in order to identify, report and deal with, any situations which could compromise security. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are safe and secure, whilst providing a consistently high level of customer service. You will maintain a professional and courteous presence on site and in the public areas and will build and maintain co-operative working relationships with the team, Client, Customers, and the Public.

There are a variety of permanent Part-time and Full-Time positions. This post requires shift work including evenings and night working, the roster also includes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, so you need to be flexible as you may be called at short notice to cover a shift. A permanent position is subject to successful security screening/vetting.

Liaison between the team and the client and head office, Door Supervision, Staff Search, Random Searches, TAG detector procedures, Report Writing, Fire Drills, Alarm Checks, immaculate customer services, deterrent and apprehension of offenders, liaisons with emergency services.
