Average 56 hours per week. Working on a rolling roster of 3 days, 3 nights & 3 off.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Supervisor who will work at our client’s premises.
We require Officers to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision
The Security Supervisor is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.
Duties as a Security Supervisor
- Ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property
- Lead and supervise the security team on a daily basis
- Monitor the team performance to meet KPI’s
- Ensure the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions
- Ensure all security personnel are correctly turned out and courteous at all times
- Ensure that all relevant ‘On Site’ training has been completed
- Ensure all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the site instructions
- Ensure the welfare of the team members
- Investigate misconduct or malpractice issues
Job role requirements as a Security Supervisor
- SIA Licence – Security Guarding/Door Supervision
- Previous experience in a supervisor role required
- Be physically fit in order to handle weight, equipment, people and patrol effectively by foot
- Have a calm personality and be capable of controlling difficult situations
- Be proactive, hardworking and professional by nature
