Working shift rotation of 6 on 3 off
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Team Leader, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
We require Team Leaders to be SIA licenced – Door Supervision and CCTV licence
DUTIES AS A SECURITY TEAM LEADER
- Maintain client satisfaction and effective security provisions
- Lead and manage the security team on a daily basis
- Investigate all reported serious incidents of crime, malpractice or procedural breaches, providing comprehensive and timely written reports to Bidvest Noonan Security management or external authorities to enable successful disciplinary action or criminal prosecution
- Advise immediately of any problems that may arise that could have an impact on services provided
- Ensure KPI targets are achieved and records are kept up to date
- Attend meetings where required
- Provide first line management responsibility to security officers
- Ensure all security officers have been trained to the required standard and conduct regular one to one meetings to appraise the personnel of issues and developments
- Ensure the welfare needs of the team are met
- In addition to these functions the Team Leader will be required to undertake other reasonable duties when required
JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- D/S SIA licence and CCTV licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of IT and CCTV systems
- Sound decision making skills
- Flexible to the needs of the position and company
- Good time management and administration skills
- Proven management experience
